Glass artist Isabel Green was recently featured in Cape Cod Life as one of the Cape’s rising artistic stars and known for her intricate flamework and realistic depiction of sea creatures. Isabel began working with glass at a young age under the tutelage of master glassblower David McDermott and his equally talented wife Yukimi Matsumoto of McDermott Glass Studio in Sandwich, Massachusetts. Working with the studio team has allowed Isabel an opportunity for incredible growth and experimentation.
