Habatat Galleries celebrates the birthday, life, and career of legendary artist Stanislav Libensky who would have turned 100 years old in early March. He, along with his wife and life-long collaborator Jaroslava Brychtova, are two of the most inspirational and influential artists to work with the medium of glass. Viewers will share stories and photos. Habatat Founder Ferdinand Hampson as well as Michigan collectors Hal and Myra Weiss who have one of the most impressive collections of the artists who all knew both Stanislav and Jaroslava personally will talk about their experiences with the artists.
