AACG June Board Trip
The 2012 AACG Interim Board meeting for AACG board/advisory board members (and spouses or significant others) will be held in Detroit, from June 8 through 11, with a half-day extension June 12 for those wishing to tour the Ford assembly plant. You will stay at the Henry Hotel in Dearborn. It will be the jumping off point for daily excursions.
There will be an optional tour of the Ford assembly plant on Tuesday morning, June 12. You will return to the hotel around 12 noon. From there you can fly home or go to Toledo if you plan to attend the Glass Art Society Conference, which starts the next day.
The cost of the AACG board trip is $450 per person, not including hotel, airfare or airport transfers. The Ford Plant extension is $20 per person. Event Fee:

When you register either online or by mail, please be sure to make your meal choices and, if registering for two, indicate how many for each (make one choice per person per meal). Even if you are registering online by credit card, you must print out the registration form and make your meal choices and mail it back to AACG. Please complete your registeration by March 17. In the event of cancellation:
a. If the trip/tour is oversubscribed and your place is filled, the amount you pay will be fully refundable.
b. If the trip/tour is not oversubscribed (or if your cancellation comes too late for anyone to replace you), your payment will be refunded less any amounts expended on your behalf and not recoverable by AACG.
