Madison works with other materials alongside glass because all together they impart a richness to the creative process and generate vibrancy and depth through their interactions. This approach to materials is intertwined with the Madison’s visual language, which is derived from the multitudinous elements that comprise the built and natural environments all around us.
Madison believes that the language of place is one we all recognize, and thus it carries space for all to become engaged creatively when it is used with discretion. Madison’s work is both autobiographical and a vessel offered to propel the imaginations of others, it encourages introspection and is also unmistakably extroverted.
