Calendar

We invite and encourage submissions of calendar events (non-profits only, please). Also, your comments and suggestions are welcome. Click here to send them to the webmaster.

This calendar primarily lists non-profit events. As a result, gallery events are not listed. However, highly unusual gallery events or special glass events held by galleries that do not usually show glass (and therefore are not linked from our links pages) are included on this page.

Alan J. Poole, of Dan Klein Associates in London, distributes (in e-mail newsletter form) an extensive list of exhibitions and other events and activities involving British and Irish contemporary glass artists. For those planning a visit to Great Britain, Australia, or New Zealand, a look at this list will provide a lot of information about glass-related events. Mr. Poole has granted permission for us to post a pdf version of his newsletter. Click here to download the current issue. It is also available in Microsoft Word format at the Dan Klein Associates website. Anyone interested in receiving the newsletter on a regular basis may contact Mr. Poole at alanjpoole@aol.com.

An excellent calendar of glass events is maintained by the Corning Museum of Glass. See it at http://www.cmog.org/exhibitionsdatabase/.

The AACG grantee box placed next to an event indicates that partial support for the event has been provided by an AACG grant.
