David Bennett Chooses Semi-Retirement

Artist David Bennett, who at age 50 gave up his law practice to become a sculptor, turned 70 in early January. Realizing he had flown over 26,000 miles within the U.S. in the prior 90 days for shows and installations and that “life is not a dress rehearsal,” he decided to concentrate solely on commissions, doing no shows, “allowing creativity to flow, less travel, and time for golf, too.” To see David’s work, visit his websitehttp://www.bennettglassart.com.
