Cancellation Policy for This Event:

Cancellations made before the trip starts will include a full refund ONLY if the trip is sold out and you can be replaced on the trip by someone on the waitlist. If there is no waitlist, there will be NO refund if you cancel less than 2 weeks before the start of the trip. If you cancel before the 2-week deadline, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid less funds already committed to trip vendors.
