Print Ads
The Art Alliance for Contemporary Glass publishes a quarterly newsletter that includes an advertising insert. Only AACG member galleries can place ads in the newsletter as a benefit of membership (see membership levels for more information on gallery membership).
Ad sizes and dimensions include:
- Full page without bleed: 8-1/4 x 10-3/4
- Full page with bleed: 8-3/4 x 11-1/4 with all type at least 1/2- inch from edge
- Half page: 8 x 5 (horizontal only)
- Quarter page: 3-3/4 x 5 (vertical only)
The finished full-page trim size is 8-1/2 x 11.
Ad submission deadlines:
- December 1 for winter newsletter (arrives in homes mid-January)
- March 1 for spring newsletter (arrives in homes mid-April)
- June 1 for summer newsletter (arrives in homes mid-July)
- September 1 for fall newsletter (arrives in homes mid-October)

All ads are 4-color and must be supplied camera ready. Ads will be inserted into the center of the AACG newsletter in a bound booklet format. Front page position is rotated in alphabetical order among advertisers who reserve full-page ad space in all four AACG quarterly newsletters. Advertisements must be e-mailed as a high-resolution PDF file in the press quality setting. Images cannot be downsampled and fonts must be imbedded. Tiff and jpeg files are also accepted.
